Two Dillard graduates will be honored at the 2013 UNCF National Alumni Council Convention in Atlanta, Georgia this upcoming February.  The National President of the DU National Alumni Association(DUNAA) Mrs. Pamela Francois stated “It is my pleasure to announce the selection of Dillard University & the Dillard University National Alumni Association’s recipients of the 2013 UNCF National Alumni Council’s Outstanding Alumnus /Hall of Honor Award, Mr. Mark Tillman & Outstanding Young Alumnus, Ms. Tomaseena Auzenne.”

As an active member of the UNCF National Alumni Council, the Dillard University National Alumni Association (along with fellow HBCU’s) is provided the opportunity each year to identify two outstanding alumni for recognition.

Mark Tillman, a 1985 graduate has been employed for over 20 years with the Hewlett Packard Company and was recently elected National President of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. He’s also served on the national board of Alpha Phi Alpha as the Immediate Past Mid-Western Regional Vice President. Mark is currently assisting the association in reorganizing its Detroit Chapter and remains a constant advocate for Dillard University.

Tomaseena Auzenne is a 2007 graduate of Dillard University. She’s the owner/operator of the graphic design company, Trace Park Design and has committed her services to the alumni association in the designing the organization’s seal, logo, and new website.

Dillard University’s President Dr. Walter Kimbrough and the Dillard University National Alumni Association President Mrs. Pamela H. Francois are proud of their significant accomplishments and their dedication to “Fair Dillard.” All of DUNAA is excited about our deserving recipients.
