DUNAA Endowment Surpassed $100,000 Goal

The Dillard University National Alumni Association was proud to announce at the Spring National Meeting that the organization had surpassed their $100,000 endowment goal. Dr. James Alford DUNAA Chair of Fundraising said “Our greatest responsibility as Dillard alums are to invest in the educational future and success of the young men and women who will one day join our ranks.  DUNAA has achieved an extraordinary feat by endowing a scholarship that will ensure that each year deserving students continue the Dillard legacy.”

The funds for the endowment were made possible from the life time membership fund, fundraising activities and donations to DUNAA endowed scholarship. The policy of using life time memberships to fund the DUNAA endowment was initiated by Mrs. Dorothy J. Perrault while she served as national president from 1982 to 1984.

The DUNA endowment funds scholarships to deserving Dillard University students in need each academic year. You may donate to the scholarship by visiting www.dunaa.org or contacting the 1st Vice President Dr. James Alford at dunaa.1stvp@gmail.com

The Dillard University National Alumni Association is a 501c3 organization.
